Coursera's Development Center - India
We're growing!
In order to provide 24/7 consistent support to our partners, learners, and engineering teams, we’ve dedicated our efforts to building a development center in India.
We are building out a fully cross-functional team across product, engineering, data, and design to drive critical initiatives like enterprise acquisition & payments, machine translations and our external API platform. There’ll be teams such as our Growth & Distribution team only existing in India, which will enable our India teams to execute independently from our teams in NAMER.
Our Coursera Technical Development Center in India will be responsible for at least 33% of our product innovation by 2027.

Machine Translations
Making quality education universally accessible via language localisation of course content including text, audio & images.
Integrations
Drive content discovery & learning experiences between Coursera and third-party partners like LMS & LXP.
Notifications Platform
Scale multi-channel & personalization communication for learners while ensuring high standards of governance.
MarTech
Enable marketing teams to efficiently drive top-of-the-funnel via marketing tools, marketing tools & other communication channels.
