What you’ll be doing:

  • Use advanced content analytics to answer critical business questions and guide strategic decisions related to content performance, learner engagement, and portfolio growth.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor detailed KPIs that accurately reflect the health and effectiveness of our courses, credentials, and programs in support of company-level OKRs.
  • Investigate and resolve legacy data challenges to unlock new analyses, reporting capabilities, and deeper views of content performance.
  • Partner closely with finance, content strategy, revenue operations, data science, data engineering, and other cross-functional teams to connect data insights with financial and operational priorities.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to automate and improve data analysis processes, making reporting and insight generation more efficient and effective.
  • Build polished presentations and clear storylines that explain trends, surface opportunities, and inspire action across large cross-functional teams and executive audiences.
  • Manage multiple analytical initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or a related discipline, preferably within a technology or education-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience using generative AI technologies to improve or automate data analysis processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as finance, strategy, operations, data science, or data engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
