Job Overview
The Senior Research Content Strategy Manager will play a critical role in generating insights and key assets that form the foundation of Coursera's learning content strategy, with a focus on Software (Software Dev, Web Dev, and Mobile Dev,) + Product (UX Design and Tech Product Mgt) and IT (Cybersecurity, IT Support & Ops, Cloud Computing, Computer Systems Eng + Arch, IT Management, Network Eng + Arch).
As a strategic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial individual, you will leverage your extensive research and analysis skills to produce competitive analyses, gaps analysis of Coursera’s catalog, and research on emerging and trending skills in the Software + Product and IT domains. You will identify key industry trends to inform our content roadmap, and conduct in-depth research to analyze potential subject matter experts (SMEs) and catalogs to ensure our offerings are comprehensive and aligned with market demand. You will collaborate closely with the broader Content Strategy team and work cross-functionally with teams including marketing, sales, and partnerships to influence strategic decision-making and ensure Coursera's Software + Product and IT offerings remain at the forefront of the industry, ultimately supporting the company's mission of providing universal access to world-class learning.

The range(s) listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Salary is just one component of Coursera’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSU’s.
A number of factors are taken into account when determining pay, which includes: job level, location, training/education, business need, skill set and internal equity.
