We’re looking for full-stack engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset who are excited by the challenge of building impactful 0-to-1 products.
As an engineer on the Enterprise Analytics team, you will design and build data-driven features that empower our enterprise administrators to understand and maximize the impact of Coursera’s learning products. You will work on transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights—enabling admins to track program performance, monitor learner engagement, measure skill development, and evaluate ROI on learning initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to solve challenging technical problems, shape the product roadmap, and create intuitive analytics experiences that drive data-informed decisions. Your work will directly influence how enterprises perceive and leverage Coursera to improve learning outcomes and business success.
