Our Design organization spans three pillars: Learner Journey, Content Experience & Ecosystem, and Enterprise. The Enterprise pillar helps employees at companies, governments, and institutions develop job-relevant skills through personalized, AI-driven discovery and engaging learning experiences. In today’s fast-changing job market, continuous skill development and certification are essential, and Coursera’s Enterprise team enables organizations to upskill their workforce while helping individuals achieve their career goals.
As a Staff Product Researcher for the Enterprise group, you’ll lead research that drives product strategy and design for enterprise learners, administrators, and customers worldwide. You’ll plan and execute studies across the product lifecycle, uncovering insights, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring Coursera’s enterprise products are intuitive, impactful, and grounded in real user needs. This role blends hands-on research with strategic leadership, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science to shape the future of enterprise learning.
