Job Overview
This role supports the success of Coursera’s international content partners, working closely with Senior and Principal Strategic Account Managers to strengthen relationships, ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to strategic initiatives across a portfolio of high-impact university and industry accounts.
The Strategic Account Manager will manage day-to-day partner delivery and engagement, support planning and business reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, and Content Operations—to help partners grow their impact and better serve learners around the world.
