Enterprise Marketers play an important role in accelerating the growth and market share of the Enterprise Business globally with innovative marketing programs to attract, retain, and expand relationships across all segments.
As marketing leader for the AMER regional marketing team you will play an integral role as member of the marketing leadership team leading regional demand generation and field marketing efforts across our business, campus and government verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for working with sales leadership to define the marketing strategy for the region and deliver high quality top of funnel leads that convert to high quality sales pipeline to hit quarterly and annual goals. You will manage a team of marketers focused on field marketing activities, while partnering with the global demand generation and customer marketing team to regionalize customer marketing, customer advocacy, account-based marketing programs, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ability to shape and build a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan aligned with business goals and tied to performance outcomes, expert communication skills, strong ability to collaborate and influence to execute the strategy and plan, and ability to build and inspire high performing teams.
The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, have marketing experience across multiple marketing functions, and collaborate effectively with product, marketing and sales.
